Me and my home-girl Sister Heather Jensen

Last week was delightful! Transfer meeting was awesome! I got to see all the old friends and it's just a great short meeting! We had 27 or so new missionaries! And we lost only 9 so we gained a lot which is great! The mission is opening 3 new areas also which is way cool to hear! But at transfers I realized that I'm an older missionary now!

It's crazy! I still feel like it was yesterday when I came out here and now it's almost been a year! My new comp is Elder Schnell he is a hipster to the max from Portland! He is cool, but he is the online/tech missionary so he has to spend a lot of time on the phone helping missionaries and etc.. So he has a hard job and he's always on the phone! But we has rockin number with 32 lessons and just a great over all week! Yesterday at church we had one of my favorite members speaking. Sister Hinds! She is the primary president and she has 5 kids, and her husband has been deployed for 8 months now and he still has a while, but she talked about the priesthood. It was honestly one of the best talks I've ever heard in a sacrament meeting. She totally shut down the whole ordained woman and just talked about the men in our ward need to step up because there are lots of people here who do not have a priesthood holder at home right now! It was a very good talk! We also had Josh at church and he is still stoked for baptism and we had some great lessons with him last week! But we are excited for him! But everything is good out here! We had a cooler week last week which was a blessing! Take care! Love Elder Ty

Me and the comp before he goes back to the motherland aka Utah
Fun fact about today a year ago was my fair well! The year mark is coming up! But this last week was great! We had 27 Lessons which was great for us even with me getting car sick.. I hate Tennessee roads at times! We had Zone meeting on Wednesday and I wasn't to nervous this time which was good.. I didn't shake and I just shared my training and it went pretty good! The A.P. approved so that was good! Ha but it's getting easier and easier to speak in front of missionaries now which is a blessing! Then on Saturday we got the transfer call info! I'm stay here in Clarksville and I'm getting Elder Schnell! He's been a ZL for a while so that's a good thing! I didn't want to  have to break someone into it! But it will be fun! He's a great elder. I'm pretty stoked to be staying here in Clarksville! I real love this area. It's has some amazing members and we have some great investigators! One of the great ones is Josh! We taught him Lesson 3 on Saturday and set a date with him of August 2nd! He is pretty stoked! He has already came to church 3 time, but there are some issues we have to work out in the next few weeks! But pray for him! I'm doing great, and excited for this change up it will be great! Hope all is well! Love y'all!!

Happy P DAY! Today is just a great day! We had a very good week!  Mostly because it ended with a baptism! Yay! Diana was baptized on Saturday! It was a great service! We had a good turn out and we had an investigator there so win win! The investigator is named Josh he is cool! He is in the army, and he is 11 Bravo which is the guys with the guns on the front line. I know army saying now! But he is really cool and he came to church yesterday so hopefully we can get him to read the Book of Mormon as he leaves off to JRTC for the next month. But he could be very much be our next baptism! But Diana was super happy and she will be a good member! This week also started off with a spiritual experience with MLC on just leadership! It was exactly what I needed! It was such a great meeting. I learned so many good insides with how to improve and to become the leader I guess I'm going to have to be! But I was so grateful for it. We have an amazing mission president who helps us so much. Love that man. We also were spoil with a brand new mini van. We are so spoil here in the U S of A! But I had a good 4th of July it was nothing like the good old days of Minersville! But we  were able to go to two parties one with the Orr family, and one with  the Cornetts! Love those people. Every day I realize how blessed I am to be serving with this amazing ward. I love it! But I'm doing really good right now which is great! Hope y'all are too! Oh and a little s/o to sage for winning her race! Love y'all be safe!
